Webmail does not work

Hi to everyone. I tried to configure webmail in VTE CRM but it does not work. I quote below the error message i display:

ERRORE: Richiesta non valida o incompleta.
Interrogazione: NAMESPACE
Risposta del server: Unknown command hs4if934097wib.26

The above is with Gmail configuration.
