Free License renew issue was created by davide.jcom

Hi all, today our free license has expired, but when we try to renew it, filling with our registration email the popup,
but after having been waiting, it shows the error "unable to contact server"

How can we renew the license?

Our version is 4.3.2

Can it be related to the fact that we have old version?
Can an upgrade to last version do the job?
