Windows environment Installation

Hi all,
I have bought your CRM in the one shot formula.

I need to install it on IIS and using SQLServer as database. I searched in the website info about prerequisites and step to follow but I didn't found them.
Could anyone explain me how to do that please? I have an IIS instance with php already installed but wich is the script I have to run to complete the installation? I don't want to have unused files in my setup ( mysql and apache files and so on for example )
Is possible to have a simple guideline?
