problem after upgrade from 4.41 to 4.5 and to 5 too was created by andrea.biasi
I configured my vtecrm to use "group" tax mode, after upgrade to 4.5 group tax mode is no more displayed in the combobox (a blank value appear). the problem also appears in this version demo.vtecrm.net/
