User Inactive (not logged in for 6 months)

Hi,
I have a VTE Free installation, and I have a problem with a user.
The user is unable to login, because of 6 months of inactivity with the CRM.
So, I re-activate the user (once from the administrative panel via CRM, then directly from the DB via Phpmyadmin), set the user attribute to "Active", but when the user logs in, the system says he had been blocked, because of 6 months of inactivity.

So, how can I solve the problem?

No further help needed, thank you.
Thinking it was a limitation of the Free Edition, or somethng else, I deleted the user, and created a new one with the same name, everything works perfectly.
