VTE 15.10 upgrade - howto

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade from 15.05 to 15.10 on Ubuntu 12.04, PHP version 5.3.
I extracted all the archive contents (containing /modules folder) and its content to my root vte folder (/var/www/vtecrm). Now in /var/www/vtecrm/modules I have a new folder, called Update, which contains free_changes and free_migration.
Following your instructions, I open the browser and navigate to the VteCRM URL but... nothing happens!

What to do?
Do I have to point to a specific .php file?

Will anyone answer me? Did anyone install 15.10 on Ubuntu?
In my opninion, the .tar.gz doesn't include the php files in root directory required for install...
I hope anyone will give me an hand....
