VTE 4.5 installation locked was created by lucioial

I get the following message at login (VTE 4.5 version):

"Probably you have moved your VTE installation. Some functionality of this old installation is limited."

and the application has become "read only".

I have been suggested to delete VTE_VSAPP and TBL_S_MORPHSUIT tables content. Which is the default mysql root password to access db content?
