Proper Cron Set Up

Hello,
My install is on a shared server and I am using cpanel for my Cron setup. I am using the following string as suggested in cpanel and forums I have seen here. Can anyone see why I am still getting errors? /usr/local/bin/php7.3 /home/i6idsczew23c/public_html/nkbdg.com/crm/cron/RunCron.sh
