Esportazione dati

Buongiorno
Sto cercando di esportare i contatti e le aziende tramite un report in un file excel/pdf, ma mi ritorna un errore di allocazione memoria anche se ho espanso le configurazioni di PHP.ini notevolmente.

questo è l'errore per 1700 record:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /var/www/html/crm20/vendor/phpoffice/phpspreadsheet/src/PhpSpreadsheet/Worksheet/Worksheet.php on line 1262

Qualche soluzione?
